About Me

Hello, I am Leslie Fletcher and I have been an art therapist and counsellor for over 30 years. I have learned many valuable ideas from the children, youth and families that I have worked with.

I believe that:

No matter the problem, there is always hope.

Everyone needs to be accepted, listened to and respected without judgment.

A positive relationship between counsellor and client is foundational for effective therapy to take place.

Humour and playfulness are important elements of healing.

My aim is to:

Provide a counselling experience that is supportive, personally meaningful and beneficial.

Respect your knowledge and awareness.

Listen carefully.

Work collaboratively with you to achieve your goals.

Bring enjoyment to counselling (yes it can be fun!)
